What is the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?
It's a government grant in England and Wales that gives up to £7,500 off an air source or ground source heat pump. Your MCS-certified installer applies for it, and the grant comes off your bill.
Will a heat pump work in an older house?
Often, yes, but it may need better insulation or bigger radiators. A good installer will do a heat loss survey before quoting.
Heat pump or new boiler?
