What counts as an invalid lead?

A wrong or dead number, a duplicate within 30 days, a renter, or someone outside your postcodes. Tell us within 7 days and we credit the lead.

Do I need accreditation?

Yes, for most jobs: MCS for solar, batteries and heat pumps; Gas Safe for boilers; FENSA, Certass or similar for windows, doors and conservatory roofs. Every firm needs public liability insurance.
